Aiyoh, that wheezy breathing sound is quite common at that age, but definitely best to get the doc to check first since baby is still so tiny, could be just mucus buildup or something they need to monitor, so don't delay the clinic visit okay. A few of us tried using warm steam from the bathroom (just sit with baby while you shower) and saline nose drops (the ones meant for newborns) which helped loosen the kahak a bit, and honestly sometimes just keeping baby's head slightly elevated while sleeping helps them breathe easier at night, one of my mum friends swears by putting a thin towel under the mattress to tilt it slightly, very gentle tilt only lah. The Pigeon aspirator might not fit now but a few drops of normal saline in each nostril first actually helps more than trying to suck it out when baby is so kecik, it loosens everything naturally and baby will cough it out on their own. Please do bring her to clinic asap though, just to be safe!
