Breastfeed semasa hamil
Hi mommies.. anak 1st baru 1y4m still fully bf... I baru dpt tahu pregnant 2m.. dalam masa yg sama ada effect apa² tak pada kandungan klu anak masih direct bf?
Hai mama, congrats on baby no. 2! Honestly, breastfeeding while pregnant tu totally okay, tidak ada masalah kat kandungan, tapi ada few things yang bagus to know ye. Some mummies rasa nipples jadi more tender or tired, especially early pregnancy, sebab hormones berubah-ubah jugak; plus production might drop sikit sebab body focus on the new pregnancy. Anak mu probably akan notice taste berubah sikit (colostrum starts building) and some kids self-wean, tapi banyak jugak yang teruskan both sides happy. Best check dengan doktor and lactation consultant ye, depa boleh guide based on your energy level and how baby progressing, sebab memang individual kan setiap mama. You're doing great managing both!
