Massage for preggo...

Hi! Mommies, Already asked my OB Gyne regarding this. She told me that massage are fine since my pregnancy are showing fine results (not a high risk pregnancy). Have you tried massages during pregnancy?

oo mamsh pero hindi sa professional, sa asawa ko ako nagpapamassage ng very light lang hindi yung hard hehe

May specific massage for pregnant sis. Search mo sa ig,dami na ngayon like massagemnl,recoverymnl.

Yes, pero mild massage nga lng. Asawa ko yung nagmamasahe saken, marunong kasi sya. 😊
