Eh jangan risau dulu ok! Actually quite a few of us went through the same thing, scan 7 minggu tiada heartbeat, then by 10-11 minggu everything normal and baby healthy. Sometimes the dating is off, or the heartbeat just tak visible lagi at that early stage especially if scan quality tak so clear or positioning.
What I heard from mums is that by 10 weeks, if ada baby, heartbeat should show up properly on scan, so appointment you KKIA next week should give you clearer picture already. The fact that you're 10 weeks now and no spotting or cramping is a good sign, most pregnancies without heartbeat do show some symptoms, so you're doing okay la.
Just bring your previous scan result to KKIA so they can compare and track properly, and let the doctor know about the 7-week scan findings. Try not to stress too much in the meantime, waiting is the hardest part! But definitely mention your concerns to the specialist there, they'll do a proper assessment and can explain exactly what's going on with your baby.
