Since your first was 3.3kg and doctor already flagged it, I think best is to discuss with your OB this time around about realistic options based on your pelvis measurement and how baby is sitting, because every labour is different one. Don't stress yourself now lah, focus on good nutrition and gentle exercise, and cross that bridge when baby weighs in closer to delivery
