Eh ada lah, a few of us in my circle managed natural birth dengan baby yang quite big, tapi honestly it really depends on your body structure and how baby position lah, your height doesn't automatically mean kena C-sec if the baby fits through! Since your first was 3.3kg and doctor already flagged it, I think best is to discuss with your OB this time around about realistic options based on your pelvis measurement and how baby is sitting, because every labour is different one. Don't stress yourself now lah, focus on good nutrition and gentle exercise, and cross that bridge when baby weighs in closer to delivery
