Aww sayang, I'm sorry you're going through this. Kantung kosong at 8 weeks is usually what they call blighted ovum, basically the pregnancy test is positive because hormones did rise, but the embryo stopped developing very early on, usually because of genetic factors (bukan sebab you did something wrong, okay, bukan angkat berat or makan salah). Most doctors will ask you to wait a couple of weeks and scan again to confirm, sebab kadang timing dating pregnancy bisa off, but if it's still kosong then the body usually naturally miscarries. A few mums I know went through this and they said the emotional part was harder than the physical side, please do check with your own doctor/specialist who can see your actual scan, tapi know that you're not alone in this and it's really not anything you did.
