Sayang, blood infections ni serious, please take your little one to the doctor or nearest clinic/hospital straightaway, jangan delay. They need proper tests and expert care, bukan boleh tunggu. I know it's scary (few of us mums have gone through similar scares), but doctors are the ones who can do blood tests and give the right treatment. Sending lots of strength to you and your baby!
