Okay, so head tilts at 7 months can go either way, sometimes it's just them experimenting and being silly (especially if they're giggling or switching it up between sides), but it's also worth keeping an eye on. One of my mum friends had a baby who did the same thing, and her pedia mentioned torticollis, which is basically when the neck muscles on one side get a bit tight, so the baby keeps tilting the same direction, if that's what's happening, the good news is it's super common and usually improves with stretching and tummy time, or sometimes a few PT sessions. But here's the thing, if your baby's consistently tilting to just one side (especially the right like yours), or if you notice he's having trouble turning his head the other way, it's definitely worth a quick visit to your doctor or specialist just to rule it out and get peace of mind.
