Aaah, first ultrasound jitters, totoo yan, pero okay lang, mama, at 6 weeks plus the heart rate can still vary kaya huwag mag-alala ng todo-todo! A few of us moms went through the same worry, and ang OB usually says na as long as may heartbeat na nakita, that's the good news talaga, kasi that means baby is there and developing. I'd definitely follow up with your doctor though and ask kung ano ang expecting range for your exact gestational age, kasi bawat clinic may slightly different references, and they know your case best, hopefully it's just a measurement thing or timing, pero peace of mind mo ang importante dito!
