Ay don't worry too much mama, 6 weeks pa lang kaya mabilis pa mag-recover ang body mo, but medyo risky talaga ang undercooked meat sa pregnancy kasi of listeria at toxoplasmosis, a few of us preggy moms made the same mistake and our doctors said one-time lang is usually okay pero from now better go well-done na lang para sa peace of mind. Best to mention it to your OB on your next check-up just para ma-ease your mind, pero most likely okay lang ang baby mo!
