I don't have direct experience with EAC Salitran myself, but a few of my mum friends have delivered sa different branches and they were generally okay with the facilities, best thing to do is call them directly para ma-ask mo specifically about their current rates and which HMOs they accept kasi nagbabago ang packages eh, especially after pandemic. Try asking din sa local Cavite moms groups on Facebook, usually madaming recent reviews doon from people who recently gave birth!
