Ako, I used to bike to work daily but since nalaman kong preggy ako, I've started walking instead. Kung hindi po kayo sanay maglakad-lakad, I think it's a good idea na magsimula na rin kayo habang maaga pa para hindi mabigla katawan nyo later on. Pakiramdaman nyo na lng din po if 15mins feels too much for you, then you can take it easy muna like 5 mins then slowly make it longer once mas sanay na katawan nyo ☺️
