Discharge @6 WEEKS

Hi to all momma's out there. Question lang po.. I am 6 weeks pregnant and waiting pa for my first ultrasound this week however, napapansin ko na madalas na may watery discharge ko at feeling wet.. is that normal for pregnancy?
