better use contraceptives to avoid pregnancy for now po. after panganganak if dpa bumalik yun mens nyo tpos full time ngBF kau safe kau nyan but if bumalik na mens nyo khit ng BF kau eh pwede nkau mabuntis nyan.

Momsh sabi po ng OB hindi assurance yung hindi normal na mentruation at breastfeeding na hindi mabubuntis, kaya best po na mag ingat, kasi atleast 6months po rest ang katawan ng mommy 😉
