Safe to drink Almond Milk during preggy?

Hello momies, Is almond milk good for preggy? I'm currently 35weeks and have gestational diabetes. Need na po mamonitor yung sugar. Nasusuka kasi ako sa anmum. Thank you po sa sagot.
