Hey mama, I'd say go for a double electric pump if you can, it saves SO much time during the day, and a few of us working moms in my circle swear by it because you can express both sides at once. One of my friends uses the portable ones that are smaller and quieter for the office, but honestly it depends on your workplace setup and budget, some moms prefer manual ones if they're just pumping once or twice at work, lighter to carry around. Best thing is to borrow or try before you buy if you can, because what works for one person might not work for you, and they're quite pricey!
