Mucus plug
Hi. Mlm td sy cuba bersama husb sbb esok dh masuk 39w. Ptg td keluar mucus plug (lendir + darah). Tp no sign of contraction sampai skrg (12am). Boleh bersama ke utk cptkn bukaan? Ke jangan.
Eh best you check with your doctor or midwife first before trying anything, especially since you're already 39 weeks, better safe than sorry lah! The mucus plug coming out is a good sign that labour is coming soon, but timing varies for everyone (some orang deliver within hours, some take a few days), so don't rush things. A few of my mum friends said their bodies started contracting on their own once the plug came out, so just stay calm, rest if you can, and monitor for actual contractions, if anything feels off or you're worried, jangan tahan, call your healthcare provider straightaway ya!
