Aw mama, those mild tummy and back aches could be Braxton Hicks or early labor signs, pero dahil first time mo it's really hard to tell! Since ikaw na ang nag-mention ng white discharge and 1cm dilation, I'd really suggest calling your OB or going to your hospital para ma-check properly, they'll know right away kung labor na talaga or just pre-labor stuff. A few of my mum friends said parang ganyan ang simula nila pero hindi pa pala, so better safe than sorry, lalo na malapit na rin ang EDD mo!
