Ah mama, I can feel the worry mo, 40 weeks is such a heavy time! Please call your OB right now or go to your hospital's labor ward to check in, kahit may seminar siya. It's not overdue pa lang at 1cm, pero you need to be assessed properly today, hindi pwedeng maghintay, they should have someone on duty who can see you. Don't wait for the 10am follow-up, go na! A few of us mums have been in your exact shoes, and honestly, peace of mind from being checked is so worth it. Your baby and your health come first always, so don't hesitate to go ER if you're worried, yan yung purpose nila. You've got this, ate!
