Mga sissy,, ask ko cnu nakaranas na dito 2-3cm na pero wala pang sakit na nararamdaman.. pero meron nalabas na brown and red discharge..panay lang paninigas tiyan ko konting kirot pero nawawala din..2-3cm nako pero nkakatawa pa ako.. haha. Kya pinauwe ako ng oby. Ko kahapon kc kesa daw mainip ako sa clinic..malambot ndn daw cervix ko sab8 kahapon ni oby... ano gnawa nio mga sissy inaantay ko kc sumakit ang tiyan ko cmula kahapon pero wala talaga eh.

Sis, first things first, kahit may discharge at 2-3cm na dilation ka, please stay in touch with your OB regularly and go to the hospital agad kung may heavy bleeding, severe pain, or water leaks, ha. A few of us moms actually experienced the same thing, dilated pero walang labor pain pa, tapos may brownish discharge from cervix changes. It can happen! Your OB knows your situation best, so trust her monitoring. Some of my mum friends said they waited at home, some went on bedrest, depends talaga sa doc's call. The kirot-kirot you're feeling without full contractions is super normal during this stage, it's your body getting ready na lang. Just rest, hydrate, and keep those OB appointments close, okay? The real labor pain will be very different, sis. Fingers crossed for you!
