Hello! Kayang kaya mo yan. :) Follow all OBs advise. Wear your binder, it helps a lot with the pain ng hiwa. Mas masikip mas hindi mo feel yung hapdi ng hiwa. Take things easy. Don't rush na gumawa ng gawaing bahay lalo ang mabibigat kasi baka mabigla ang katawan mo and magka relapse ka. Easyhan mo lang during recovery. 😊 Personal advise, wear your binder longer. OBs advise was wear it for 2 months, pero ako I wore mine siguro mga 8 or 9 months. Hindi dahil sa sugat, but dahil gusto ko lumiit ang tyan ko from the loose belly due to pregnancy. I know may OBs na sasabihin babalik yan sa dati, pero sa dami ng nakikita ko hirap ang madami na hindi nag binder ng matagal sa pagbalik ng belly size nila. However, yung mga nagbinder ng months, ang bilis ng pag shrink ng belly, including sa mom ko and mine. I am back to my pre-pregnancy size and I confidently wear my dalaga clothes. I hope it works for you, too, kasi I know that how we look may affect our mental health lalo post partum. I pray that every thing works well sa panganganak, sa baby mo and you post partum, and your family's support.♥️
