LMP or AOG?

Hey mama! So from what I understand, ang LMP ang standard way to count, that's usually what doctors use para sa official dating ng pregnancy, kaya kung 11 weeks ka based sa LMP mo, yan na ang follow along mo for tracking purposes. The ultrasound AOG (around 9 weeks) might be slightly different dahil sa variation ng dating scan accuracy, pero kung ang EDD mo (June 18) ay consistent across both, that's actually reassuring na nasa tamang track ka lang, sometimes the difference between LMP at ultrasound dating ay normal lang, lalo na depending on kung regular ang cycle mo or kung kailan exactly nag-implant. Best bet talaga is follow your OB's lead on which one sila gagamitin officially para consistent lang sa records, pero either way, ang June 18 EDD mo ang ultimate marker na yan ang talagang important, so keep that as your main deadline!
