LIFE OIL help po!

Hi mga mumsh! first time mum to be here. 32 weeks at the moment. I’m preparing to breastfeed once the baby pops out. May nag recommend sakin ng life oil to establish my supply. tanong ko lang kung may nakapag take na neto sa inyo and pwede ba inumin ngayon kahit di pa nanganganak? thank you ??
