Discrimination Against Hiring Pregnant Women

Hi mga moms, Sino naka-experience sa inyo na hndi hinire kasi pregnant? I know marami satn nawlan ng work ngyn pandemic but still making both ends meet. Hndi ako sanay ng wlang work. Ever since kasi active ako. Kaya for me hndi cya healthy mentally. My job offer was withdrawn kasi they I told them I'm pregnant. Anu ba problem nla sa buntis? Kasalanan ko ba na nagng babae ako? What if kng nanganganak dn ang lalaki? Ganto pa rn kaya ang treatment sa mga babae? It is really disappointing especially now that it is pandemic. Nakaka-down, nakaka-depress. #NOTODISCRIMINATIONAGAINSTPREGGOS #PREGNANCYISNOTADISABILITY #PREGGOSCANWORK

I don't think their purpose is to discriminate but to actually prevent preggies like us from the possibility of acquiring the virus since we all know naman na mas prone talaga tayo makakuha ng sakit. You can opt for WFH set-up naman sis if ever may mahanap kang company who offers that, usually sa CC may ganon. For our safety na rin dahil napakahirap din talaga. Just always think na you're not just taking care of yourself but your baby na rin. :)

Admin sis. May job offer na ako kaso lng nung sinabi ko na buntis ako withdrawn ung job offer. Kaya nasabi ko ung discrimination na term. Ang hrap tlga sis. Kng meron pa akong work til now d naman ako mghahanap kasi tiis tiis muna sa employer e kaso lng wla tlga sis.
