Teething at 7mos old

Hi mga momshies! Please enlighten me po if normal lang sa 7mos old baby na may teeth below na 3 then above po 2 teeth sa tabi po namamaga na din at may pausbong na po. Is it normal? Ung baby boy ko po kase at 7 mos old he can stand 1-2secs po w/o handling. #advicepls
