any suggestions or comments?

Hello mga momshies! I am 20yrs old and 9weeks pregnant and I am currently taking Bachelor of Secondary Education, this is supposedly my last sem OJT nalang. Eh sa school namin required ang medical, if Ill take the medical malalaman na im pregnant and it would be risky na baka di ako makapag OJT and makagraduate because of that. I already asked my OB gyne about this is pwede ba ko mag OJT and she said yes naman daw. Btw our OJT is 300hrs practice teaching. Here is my plan sana, my bestfriend will take the medical examination for me para di malaman na preggy ako and di naman mahahalata na ganon ginawa ko. And aamin ako sa school na preggy ako sa January I will say na I am 2months preggy pero the truth is 5months preggy ako. Btw maliit lahat tiyan ko right now as in hindi halata na buntis ako. Here is my problem po kse · If i will say sa school na Im preggy there will be a chance na hindi ako payagan mag OJT kahit sabhin ng OB gyne ko na pwede ako mag OJT. Any suggestion naman po if what will I do. I am so desperate na makagraduate since ang school namin is magpapalit na ng curriculum. Kung di ako makakagrad this sem, 1 yr pa ult aantayin ko... Huhuhu I am so depressed rn, i dont know what to do
