Hi mga Momshies! Breastfeed parin ako, ask ko lang kung safe ba kapag nag-contact kami ni Hubby? 7mos. na si Baby and until now wala pa rin ako monthly period. TIA?

Ang sabi ni OB very effective na natural contraceptive ang breastfeeding mommy. Lalo na yan di ka pa nagkakaperiod that is a very good sign na di ka mafefertile anytime soon. Pero for sure hindi 100% ang effectivity nun so I suggest i-pair mo sa ibang natural contraceptive method like withdrawal method para lang sure :)
