Hay, momshie, I totally get the anxiety, FTM here din ako and sa 37 weeks I was convinced every twinge meant baby was coming na, haha! So based on what other moms have shared, the key difference is true labor contractions get stronger, more regular, and keep going even if you move around or rest, while Braxton Hicks (false labor) usually chill out when you change positions, drink water, or just walk around, mine would disappear pag nag-rest lang ako. The white discharge and pressure feeling sound like normal Braxton Hicks territory at 37 weeks, but the back pain mixed with pelvic pain and that weird "need to go" feeling is worth timing to see if there's an actual pattern. Someone in my mum group mentioned she had all those same symptoms for weeks before actual labor kicked in, so you might just be in the pre-labor zone na but not quite there yet. Definitely check with your OB about it though, especially since you're FTM and it's hard to know what "normal" feels like, better safe than sorry, and she can do a quick check to see if anything's actually happening down there!
