Honestly, once a week pooping can be normal for breastfed babies kasi ang breastmilk ay super digestible, pero kung struggle sya palabas or parang uncomfortable, I'd really suggest checking with your pedia to rule out constipation, a few of us mums had babies na ganyan and the doc gave us tips na nakatulong agad. Since the color looks good naman, it's probably just her rhythm, pero better safe than sorry especially if she's straining, you know?
