Alam ko yung concern mo, honestly, a few of us in our circle asked the same thing kaya better talaga mag-check with your OB or pedia kung okay ang specific brand para sa baby, kasi every vitamin has different ingredients and dosage. What I know is maraming moms na nag-continue ng prenatal vitamins during breastfeeding, which is safer than starting something new, pero talaga ang best person to ask ay yung doctor mo para sure.
