If you're planning to pump regularly, something like Spectra or Medela are really reliable, pero if you prefer something more portable, the hand pumps are okay din for occasional use. For bottles, kahit anong brand talaga basta slow-flow ang nipple para sa newborn, pero some moms swear by Philips Avent or even the cheaper options from drugstores, honestly ang baby lang ang ultimate judge, hehe.
