Kaya naman po ituloy ang exclusively breastfeeding ni baby kahit na back to work na. Extra challenging and more sacrifice nga lang para sa ating mga nanay but it's worth it for baby. 1) 1.0 - 1.5 oz per hour lang ang need na bm consumption ni baby, then direct latch na kapag magkasama na ulit kayo.
2) No need for a huge stash, focus on storing enough bm for 2-3 days lang muna. For now, normal lang yung 1oz or less ang mapump nyo per session since naka-unlilatch pa sa inyo si baby. Then once back to work, mas marami na kayo mapu-pump sa office. Yung napump nyo for the day, for consumption na rin ni baby for the next day kaya hindi rin talaga magagalaw yung frozen bm stocks nyo.
3) Cupfeeding is recommended para hindi ma-nipple confuse si baby. This needs patience for sa maiiwang caregiver ni baby, pero sa simula lang naman.
4) Kapag nag-6 months na si baby at eating solids na, medyo mababasawan na rin ang need nya for bm. Specially kapag 1yo na sya na eating more solids.
