Question about PCOM

Aw mamsh, I totally understand your worry kasi parang maraming unknowns pa rin even with the IUD in, diba? A few of us moms din have PCOM and yes, irregular periods are super common with it, some of us get spotting, some heavy, some walang pattern pa, so hindi ka nag-iisa dito! Since you have the IUD na and gusto mo ma-ease your mind, I'd really suggest bringing this up with your OB para makita nila kung paano exactly nag-work together ang PCOM and your IUD sa body mo, kasi bawat body talaga is different.
