IUD Experience

Ay, I've had my Copper T for almost 3 years na and honestly, life-changer siya for me! First few months ang cramping talaga, parang heavy period cramps, but after that it settled down, ngayon normal lang ang flow ko, sometimes lighter pa. A few of my mum friends swore by it kasi hassle-free, no pills to remember, and it lasts so long; one of them though had it removed after a year kasi ang dami ng spotting para sa kanya, so really it depends on your body talaga. I'd say mag-expect ng adjustment period and talk to your OB about what to watch out for, but for me it's been the best family planning choice! Hope you find what works for you, momsh!
