Based sa experience ng mga kaibigan ko, pag may faint second line tapos dumugo ka within the same day, kailangan mo talaga mag-check-up para ma-confirm, hindi ito automatic sign na pregnancy or period pa lang kasi both pwedeng may bleeding. One of my mum friends had something similar and turned out it was a chemical pregnancy, pero yung isa naman ay false positive lang dahil evaporation line (yung lumalitaw pagkatapos ng mahabang oras), kaya importante talaga mag-test ulit after a few days or better yet, blood test sa doctor para clear ang result. The bleeding you're describing na hindi spotting sounds heavier than implantation bleeding usually is, so don't skip that check-up, mas better magpa-confirm na lang properly.
