Hey momsh, normal lang yung slight spotting or light bleeding after injection, pero yung heavy bleeding with clots na parang period mo, better check with your OB talaga, baka may something off with how your body's taking the injectable, or it could be breakthrough bleeding na mas heavy than usual, or something else entirely na kailangan i-check. A few of us from our mommy group experienced different reactions sa family planning, one friend had heavy bleeding for months din before switching methods, so definitely worth a doctor's visit para ma-rule out any concerns at ma-adjust ang dosage or method kung kailangan. Don't worry, pero better safe than sorry with bleeding talaga, especially kung unusual siya for your body!
