White discharge

Normal lang yan, momsh! During pregnancy ang discharge tends to increase talaga because of hormonal changes, lalo na if it's clear to white and walang itim na baho, maraming mumsh friends ko nag-experience din nito the whole pregnancy, especially around 22 weeks mo. Just make sure lang it's not accompanied by itching, weird color, or strong smell, kasi puwede ring infection, pero if you're worried or pakiramdam mo may wrong, best pa rin mag-check sa OB mo para peace of mind. Wear cotton underwear and change regularly if it makes you more comfortable, pero honestly ito normal part ng journey!
