Hi mama! Anterior placenta and grade 2 at 29 weeks ay pretty common pa, so hindi ka nag-iisa dito, a few of us moms have had similar findings din! High-lying means it's positioned higher up in your uterus which is generally okay, but definitely ask your OB about it sa next check-up para malaman mo exactly kung okay lang for your delivery plans (it can affect things like whether you can have normal delivery or not). The good news is your doctor is monitoring it with ultrasounds, so kung may changes, makikita nila agad, and they'll guide you kung ano ang best approach for you at baby. Try not to stress too much for now, maraming moms deliver successfully with anterior placenta!
