From what I know, puwede kang mag-file ng MAT1 for miscarriage even if naturally nalunsad siya, ang important ay may medical documentation from your OB na confirmed yung miscarriage and the dates, kaya make sure na complete ang records mo. A few of us had similar situations, and ang advice was to bring all your OB papers to SSS mismo para ma-explain ang timeline, porque technically you filed on May 19 and nag-miscarry ka rin on May 19 so it should be covered, pero mas better talaga to follow up directly with SSS at your employer's HR para walang confusion at alam nila yung exact sequence of events.
