Hi mga momsh hingi lngg ako advice meron po ba same case ko na marginal cord. Insertion ung placenta intead na nasa gitna ung tubo ng cord yung sakin nasa edge ng placenta anopo nangyare sainyo at okay naman poba si baby ito po ung diagnosis sakin
Ay, I feel you momsh! Marginal cord insertion ito talaga, kaya medyo nag-alala ka, totally valid! One of my mum friends had the same thing and her OB said it's actually more common than people think, parang nasa 5-10% ng pregnancies, at marami sa mga cases okay lang naman ang babies. The important thing is regular monitoring lang talaga through ultrasounds and NSTs para sure na nakukuha ng baby enough oxygen and nutrients, kaya mag-follow up ka ng mabuti sa OB mo at huwag mag-skip ng check-ups. A few of us with different placental stuff tried to stay calm and trust the process, plus eat well at rest properly, honestly yan ang nagtulong sa peace of mind. I'd still ask your doctor specifically kung may increased risk ba sa case mo or kung may specific precautions, kasi every pregnancy is different, pero from what I've heard marami talaga na smooth pa rin ang delivery nila kahit ganyan!
