Honestly though, after CS kailangan mo talaga mag-wait ng mas matagal before going back to those methods, kasi ang cycles mo ay very irregular pa for months (especially if breastfeeding ka), so sobrang unreliable pa siya ngayon. Sa sex, most OBs say 6 weeks minimum but ask your doctor talaga because it depends on how your incision healed, one of my friends was cleared earlier, one took longer. Once your period comes back consistently for a few months, yan na ang time na mag-restart ng calendar method, but pro tip, it's way less reliable post-baby kasi ang cycles natin ay nakakalito pa, so maraming momsh friends ko na nag-stick na lang sa ovulation strips pa-consistent throughout kung gusto talaga ng natural.
