Siguro eat healthy foods na lang, bawas rice na lang, more on gulay and masasabaw na food para na rin sa milk production and drink lots of water. Kainggit ka nga nakakapagbreast feed ka, ako kasi hindi. Flat yung nipples ko kaya hindi makuha ni baby. Lalo na nasanay sya sa nipple ng bote. Wala na kong nagawa. Anyway, don't feel bad about your weight. You are still beautiful mommy, regardless of how you look ❤
