Avoid caffeinated drinks, chocolates, citrus fruits, tomatoes, tsaka spicy and fried foods sis. Try to eat smaller sets of meals rin. You can also have some chewing gums every after meal para mastimulate yung salivary glands kasi nakakatulong yung saliva to neutralize acids that causes heartburn. Tsaka wag ka rin kakain 2-3 hours before bed time. Also, try using double pillow para elevated ka.
