yes po dapat magfile na ng mat 1 pinafile po sya bago manganak, as soon as meron na pong proof of pregnancy (utz) pwde na sya ifile SUBMISSION OF MATERNITY NOTIFICATION (For Separated, Self-Employed, OFW and Voluntary Members) 1️⃣ Go to the SSS website (www.sss.gov.ph) 2️⃣ Log-in as a Member (input User ID and Password) and click SUBMIT. 3️⃣ Click the E-SERVICES tab. 4️⃣ Click SUBMIT MATERNITY NOTIFICATION. 5️⃣ Supply the Expected Date of Delivery and Allocation of Maternity Leave Credits. 6️⃣ Click SUBMIT or CANCEL. 7️⃣ A transaction number will be issued as proof of the transaction and notification submitted online. You may copy the transaction number, print the acknowledgement page itself, or refer to the email notification sent to your registered email address.
