Thyroid Test (TSH, FT3, FT4)

Mga moms, sino po dito naka experience nang normal TSH, pero high level of T3 and T4? Ganyan po kase result nang thyroid test ko and sabi ni OB possible mag-shoot out or tumaas BP ko during labor. Kaya cannot be ako s lying in. Kaya po nirefer ako s internal medicine to evaluate my condition. And inulit ko po test ko para may second opinion from other Lab.

Ay, that sounds stressful, mama! But good call mo na nag-follow up with Internal Medicine, seryoso talaga ang thyroid levels especially during pregnancy at labor, kaya okay lang na may second opinion ka na from another lab. A few of my mum friends din nag-worry about their thyroid results, at honestly ang dami nang options ngayon para ma-manage ito safely, so trust your doctors na. Keep those follow-ups and updates with both your OB at Internal Medicine, they'll figure out the best plan para sa iyo at sa baby. Kaya mo yan, mama!
