Sipon At Ubo

Mga moms I'm 22 weeks pregnant at may ubo at sipon ako as in masakit na lalamunan ko kakaubo. Uso po ba to ngayon? Any mommies here has the same sickness as I have now? What are the alternative remedies did you do since we are not allowed to take any medicine.
