Plagiocephaly

Aw mama, I totally understand the worry kasi gusto natin ang best para sa babies natin! Honestly, 3 months pa lang yan and maraming babies develop flat spots sa head dahil sa positioning, pero a lot of the time it does improve on its own or with simple things like tummy time and changing sleeping positions, pero para ma-assure ka talaga, best na i-consult mo agad ang pedia mo para ma-check kung may intervention needed, kasi alam mo naman ang doctors ang makakaalam kung serious or hindi A few of us moms noticed our babies' head shapes changed as they grew and moved around more, so don't lose hope yet!
