Ipractice niyo po ng difference between day and night. During day time, let your kid play and interact niyo po sa physical activities, schedule also ng fixed nap time but not too late. During night time, wag niyo po sya lalaruin esp. kapag malapit na ang sleeping time (Dapat fixed din ang sleep sched niya) In the middle of the night kapag nagising po sya, wag niyo rin po sya lalaruin, keep the bedroom lights dim or dark.
