My baby poop worried

Hi mga moms, asking and advice , my baby is 7months old and his poop is always prang water sometime is malapot, I’m a mix BM/FM , no sign of teething, I also let him eat mashed squash/ carrot and fruits purée. Nd nmn po xa matamlay, his very active baby . Enlighten me mga mommies 😞😞😞. Normal lang po b eto? Ng palit n din ako ng milk nia S26 , mas lalong ayw niang dumede, and nauubos lng nya is 120ml 😞😞😞
